We may request photographic evidence to support your claim.
Where a claim is upheld, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement product, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances. Complaints made after 24 hours from delivery may not be eligible for redress due to the perishable nature of the goods, except at our discretion.
